People are more than their histories. How you process your own life and experiences is a key part to finding the the right techniques to assist you in your healing journey.

Map out your thoughts and feelings
It is important to directly discuss the people, situations, and environments that cause your most unpleasant feelings. This is done at your pace and only when you are comfortable enough to express yourself freely.

Take action and make a change
With guidance and support you are encouraged to take the techniques learned in therapy into you everyday life and adjust them to each individual situation. Problems will always arise in your life. Now you can be more prepared to respond to as your best self.
